Jalapeno Popper Cheese Balls

Handful of finely chopped chives

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup finely chopped jalapenos

1/4 cup finely chopped dried cranberries

Tortilla chips

1. Mix in all the ingredients for the cheeseballs.

3. Mix together all the ingredients for the coating and roll the cheeseballs in them until fully coated and serve immediately.

4. Top with whole tortilla chips instead of the usual toothpicks.
